Well this week was super cool. I have a ton of photos, so i sent them all to my mom. If any of you want to see them, ask her. My area is super Cool!!!! it is the countryside, you all can see. This week, for my exciting story, I replaced the shower head in our house! WE NOW HAVE HOT WATER!!!!! after 4 weeks, it feels so amazing!!! I got electricuted a couple of times, but it was totally worth it. 

We also found a ton of awesome new families this week. It truly is incredible to watch the lord help us out. I really have felt a ton of prayers from all of you and am really blessed. I dont have a lot of time, so I am just going to let the pictures do all of the talking. Please write me for this next week on what you all think. Love you all!

Hey Family and Friends!

Well I cant get my camera to work in the computer today, so no photos. But I am going to take a ton more today, so I will send them all next week. This week has been really interesting. We dont have a ton of names to work with right now, so It really is helping me to learn a lot of lessons. 

Dont have a ton to say this week, only that the direction of our church leaders and prophets is truly inspired. I know that I really can recieve revelation directly for me through these leaders. It truly is a blessing to be able to have a president and leaders that can always help and support us. Remember how important it is that we have a prophet and it is why our church is different then all the others. No more time, but love you all and thanks for your thought and prays!

Going to the Beach!

Hello everyone, Elder Roberts here. This week it was a sunny and I am guessing 110 degrees out with no cloud cover. It is so freakin hot! hahahaha, but I love it. Well, I will give you a quick run down of what is going on here. I have a pensionista that is super sick. She is the lady that cooks and does our laundry. We get breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so I am living the dream right now. The area is super cool and the members are great. Our ward mission leader is super great and wants to work. I love it here and it is going good!

I have forgot to take a lot of photos because it isnt super safe to take out our camera here. But we are going to the BEACH today, so I am going to try and take a bunch. It is super nice here and I have been super blessed with this area. 

We have one investigator, his name is Martin. He is homosexual and is very interesting. It is amazing for me to see that he truly has a strong belief and God and is trying to change. He is reading the things that we are leaving for him and studying them way in debth. This just comes to show that things arent always as they appear. At first it was kinda difficult to imagine that he could change, but I have faith that little by little it is possible. 

The mission is a different expierence then I ever thought, but in the same moment everything they say about it is true. I truly am learning who I am and changing every single day. It is incredible to see the hand of the lord. I love you all and thank you for those of you that sent me a Christmas Card, it meant a Ton!

New Area, New Life

Well, Elder Roberts here. Another new week and a bunch more growing. It truly is incredible how much I have come to learn in the short time that I have in the mission. It truly is incredible to see the hand of god in my life. 

My new area is really great, it was just opened up a few months ago, so it is ready for a ton of growth. My companion is Bolivian, and he is quite interesting. I know that I can learn a ton from this new area and my companion. I feel like when we have a change of area as a missionary, it really is like we are starting all over. We dont know anyone, and we just have to pick up where the other Elders left off. It really is an interesting thing to be a part of. 

My area is like saint george. It is summer here, so it is blazing hot. We have a chocolate factory right next to our house so it always smells delicious. All is good and I am continuing to grow. I have been blessed with a ton of people that love me and please keep your messages coming to keep me inspired and working! Love you all. Sorry I dont have pictures this week, had to send in my memory with the zone leaders for some information.
